This helps prevent \u201clooking back\u201d and analyzing historical data, reducing the risk of errors in financial reporting.<br>You can limit access to a period from <strong>1 day to 6 months<\/strong>, leave it unlimited, or completely block history viewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Export a list of bookings to Excel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows the team member to export available appointments to Excel in <strong>Analytical<\/strong> <strong>Reports > Appointments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show phone numbers in bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enable this option so the team member can see clients\u2019 phone numbers in <strong>Analytical Reports > Appointments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Events<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show phone numbers in the summary<\/strong><br><br>Enable this option if the team member needs to see clients\u2019 phone numbers in <strong>Analytical Reports > performance over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales by services<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows to view sales analytics by service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales by clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows to view sales analytics by reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"12\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delete reviews<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows to delete reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This permission is nested and is available only if <strong>View reviews<\/strong> is enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"13\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View the detail of messages<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This permission grants access to <strong>Analytical Reports > Messages<\/strong>, allowing the employee to view the history of all sent messages \u2014 both to clients and to team members.<br><br>Without the <strong>Show phone numbers in messages<\/strong> permission, phone numbers in the details are hidden, but the recipient\u2019s email is still displayed (if the message was sent to email).<br><br>Also, if the employee notification settings include <strong>Send the client\u2019s name and phone number<\/strong>, the client\u2019s number will be visible in the sent message details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Export message details to Excel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows the employee to export data from <strong>Analytical Reports > Messages<\/strong> to Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Show phone numbers in messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows viewing client phone numbers in the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> column in <strong>Analytical Reports > Messages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"14\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View reviews<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This permission grants access to <strong>Analytical Reports > Reviews<\/strong>, allowing the team member to use almost all section features except deleting reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delete reviews<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allows the team member to delete any reviews about the location or its team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"15\"
