<strong>turnover<\/strong> is to understand how quickly your inventory is being sold on average, and how quickly you are able to recover the money you invested in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turnover <\/strong>is the ratio of the speed of sales to the average inventory stock for the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turnover report<\/strong> can be viewed in the <strong>Analytical Reports > <strong>Inventory<\/strong> ><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Inventory<\/strong> <strong>turnover analysis<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure level of the products<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-toc-title\"><strong>How to read the report?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a report, go to the<strong>\u00a0Analytical Reports > <strong>Inventory<\/strong> ><\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Inventory<\/strong> <strong>turnover analysis<\/strong> section. Filter the list by the required items and click the\u00a0<strong>\u201cShow\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filters that can be used in the report:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Period<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product categories<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Suppliers (partners)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Storages\/inventories<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The data in the&nbsp;<strong>Product<\/strong>&nbsp;column is presented as clickable links. Click the link in the Product column to go to the product card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To calculate the turnover, you need to have&nbsp;<strong>3 parameters<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Period<\/strong>: a week, a month, a quarter or a year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Average inventory (stock) for the period.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product turnover for the period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average inventory (stock) for the period<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 the average value of the stock for the period (annual average, monthly average), is defined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PSav = PS1 \/2 + PS2 + PS3 + PS4 + \u2026 PSn \/2&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; n \u2013 1<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PS1, PS2, \u2026PSn<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 the size of the product stock for separate dates of the analyzed period;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><strong>n<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 the number of dates in the period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turnover in days&nbsp;<\/strong>shows how many days it takes to sell the average stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turnover in transactions<\/strong>&nbsp;shows how many times the product is \u201cturned over\u201d and sold during the period.<strong>Inventory level of the products<\/strong>&nbsp;is the ratio of available stock to the expected average daily turnover for the upcoming period.
