What is it and why is it needed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With each cashless payment, the bank charges a fee as a fixed percentage, and this percentage is deducted from the company\u2019s revenue. For more detailed expense tracking, you can set up automatic write-off of the fee when funds are credited to the cash desk for cashless payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acquiring fee<\/strong> is a system expense payment item (For more details about income\/expense payment categories, see the article<\/a>.<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expenses under the Acquiring fee<\/strong> item will be shown in Administration<\/strong> mode Finance > Financial transactions<\/strong>, in the financial report for a period<\/strong><\/a>, and in the P&L report<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need to delete the Acquiring fee<\/strong> item, contact our technical support team. Only technical support can remove this item.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

After a successful transaction, a corresponding operation appears in the list of financial transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the financial transaction page for the acquiring fee write-off, you can navigate to the main service\/purchase transaction by clicking Funds transfer operation<\/strong>, and back by clicking Write-off transaction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To view the acquiring fee write-off transaction, configure the user\u2019s access rights to transaction types in the Finance<\/strong> section. Grant the team member access to all transaction types, or, if only to selected ones, check Acquiring fee<\/strong>.

To configure fees, go to Administration<\/strong> mode Finance > Payment Methods and Fees<\/strong>. For more details on setup, see the article<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong>

If the amount of the original transaction changes, the amount in the fee transaction changes automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you change the fee percentage in Finance > Payment methods and fees<\/strong>, the new fee is applied only to new transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you change the cash desk in the original financial transaction:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change from a cash desk with a fee<\/strong> to a cash desk without a fee<\/strong>, the fee write-off transaction is deleted;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change from one cash desk with a fee<\/strong> to another cash desk with a fee<\/strong>, the cash desk is updated in the fee write-off transaction;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change from one cash desk without a fee<\/strong> to another cash desk without a fee<\/strong>, no changes occur;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change from a cash desk without a fee<\/strong> to a cash desk with a fee<\/strong>, a fee write-off transaction linked to the original transaction is created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change the date\/time of the original transaction, the date of the linked fee write-off transaction changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2014 if you change the date\/time of the original transaction, the date of the linked fee write-off transaction changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
