An automatic reminder notification about an upcoming visit that is sent to the client a specified time before the visit starts. <\/strong>It is used to reduce late arrivals and no-shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the online booking widget, the client can also choose a reminder time that is convenient for them or disable this notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration<\/strong> mode, go to Notifications<\/strong> section, and open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Client<\/strong> section, select Appointment reminder<\/strong>. To edit the conditions, sending scenarios, and templates, click the notification name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
