Connecting and working with each aggregator are described in the articles on integration with SMS providers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01G97SD82J7NG477XYAHNCAB4E\">End of membership notification<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This notification type allows you to inform the client that the validity of the membership is coming to an end.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. By default notifications are <\/span><strong>disabled<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you will need to change the setting to <\/span><strong>Allow<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Notification templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We remind you of the imminent end of the membership Remaining visits: %VISITS_LEFT%.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We remind you of the imminent end of the membership. End date: %EXPIRATION_DATE%.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We remind you of the imminent end of the membership. Remaining visits: %VISITS_LEFT%, end date: %EXPIRATION _DATE%.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your own template. Maximum number of symbols &#8211; <\/span><strong>255 <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">symbols.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Notifications will be sent for two events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submit before expiration date<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The notification will be sent when the number of days before membership\u2019s expiration will equal to the setting given.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submit before the end of sessions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Notification will be sent when the amount of visits (services balance) in the membership equals to the number indicated.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notification will be sent 24 hours after the event. It\u2019s done so that the notification wouldn\u2019t come right after the visit when the client is still talking to the administrator.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Settings can be switched on simultaneously. If the notification should\u2019ve been sent outside of this time then it will be sent at 9AM the following day.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same notification can be sent <\/span><strong>more than once<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, for instance, if the amount of sessions or duration were changed manually.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notification will be sent according to<\/span><strong> the last use of membership<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notification will be sent from <\/span><strong>the name of the location where this membership was sold<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01G97SDGXEXPMMHAEK5EC5YJVJ\">Membership cancellation notification<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This notification type allows you to inform your clients about the current membership balance after each visit.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. The notification <strong>will not be sent<\/strong>, if the balance is changed manually.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notifications will be sent to the client&#8217;s phone number.<\/span>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of <strong>visitors<\/strong> \u2014 to the phone number of the membership holder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of a <strong>family membership<\/strong> \u2014 to the phone number of the client who attended the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there are checkboxes marked in the <\/span><strong>End of  membership notification<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit before expiration date<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit before end of visits <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), then the notification can be sent three times. The first one will be sent when the expiration date is approaching. The second one will be sent when the number of visits (sessions) is coming to an end.
