The <\/span>All Clients<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>section displays information about all clients who have visited the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access setup includes granting\/removing permissions to view data and delete clients, as well as to create, view, and edit comments.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, a receptionist may not see phone numbers in the client list or client profile, may not be able to delete clients or export the list to Excel, may add and view comments, but may not edit or delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can also set a permission so that a team member sees only the clients who have visited that specific team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Team<\/strong> > Team members list<\/strong> (Administration mode), select the required team member, and open the Access<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the required permission section and enable it using the toggle, then click the All Clients section<\/strong> name and enable the specific permissions you want to grant the team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To save changes, click Save<\/strong> in the bottom-right corner.

          If the Last name<\/strong> and Middle name<\/strong> fields are enabled in Appointment Calendar settings, enable this option so the team member sees them in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
