This feature allows you to keep track of the client&#8217;s debts and the amount deposited by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Balance is indicated in the <strong>client\u2019s card<\/strong> and <strong>cannot be changed<\/strong> because it is calculated based on the data from <strong>Sold and Paid<\/strong> fields.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sold<\/strong> &#8211; total cost of services and products client purchased in all appointments with the &#8220;<strong>Arrived<\/strong>&#8221; status.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Paid<\/strong> &#8211; total sum of all payments for each appointment.<\/span><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a client&#8217;s advance payment, you can change the <strong>Paid sum<\/strong> to include the advance payment. As a result, the <strong>Balance<\/strong> <strong>will increase<\/strong> by the amount of the advance payment. If you want <strong>to decrease the Balance<\/strong>, you can finish the appointment without indicating payment for it. This will reduce the cost of services provided and products sold, thus reducing the Balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We advise you to use the <strong>Client accounts<\/strong> module to account for advance payment or deposits from your clients.
