An automatic notification that is sent to the client after an online booking is deleted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Immediately after the client, receptionist, or team member deletes an appointment that was created by the client via the online booking widget, the client will receive a notification that the appointment has been cancelled, along with the details of the deleted visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is used to prevent confusion and misunderstandings on the client\u2019s side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup and editing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, and open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the Client<\/strong> > Increased attendance<\/strong> section, select Appointment cancellation<\/strong> by clicking the notification name or the pencil <\/strong>icon.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
