Sometimes you need to freeze a membership – i.e. the client is ill or the business cannot provide services for some time.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If while creating membership type you\u2019ve turned on the setting that allows freezing the membership you\u2019ll be able to pause application of this type of memberships.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to do that?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the chain go to the Loyalty > Memberships<\/strong> section. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Select membership that you would like to freeze. Click the Freeze<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you need to activate the membership again you\u2019ll be able to do that in the same section by clicking the Unfreeze<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the client card in the client base or in the visit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the subscription type allows changing the balance and term in the branch, it will be possible to freeze the subscription without going to the chain. In the membership type, in the field “In which locations the balance and the membership period can be changed”, select “Only in the location where the membership was sold”, or “In all locations of the chain”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To freeze a membership in the client card in the client base or in the visit window, go to the Loyalty<\/strong> tab. In the Membership Freeze subsection, select the desired period and click the Freeze button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong>

Where to view how long the membership was frozen for?<\/span>

In the Loyalty > Memberships<\/strong> section. Select the membership needed. In the membership card you will see the amount of days membership is frozen for.<\/span>

How long will the membership be valid after it was unfrozen?<\/span>

After being unfrozen the duration of the freezing period will be added to the total validity period.<\/span>

How can I learn who froze the membership and what date?<\/span>
