The main purpose of restricting access rights to this section is to protect Altegio<\/strong> from changes made without management approval that could harm the company\u2019s image and internal business processes. <\/strong>This permission should be granted only to team members with extended authority (e.g., a manager or company owner).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, a receptionist may only need the right to edit team members\u2019 work schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you can allow or prohibit team members from managing access rights. <\/strong>This setting assumes a team member can manage other members\u2019 access permissions at their own discretion and without approval from management. To avoid such situations, access to this function should be granted only to team members with extended authority.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Settings > Team<\/strong>, select the required team member, and open the Access<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Find the required permission and enable it using the toggle, then click the Settings <\/strong>section name and enable the specific permissions you want to grant the team member.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To save changes, click Save <\/strong>in the bottom-right corner.

      This permission grants access to Settings > My location > Location Settings<\/strong>. If you don\u2019t want a team member to change key location parameters, you should not<\/strong> grant this permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
