In the Clients > Client Database<\/strong> section, you can use a range of filters<\/strong> to segment your clients. This will allow you to create lists of clients for SMS mailouts (works only if you have an SMS provider<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0connected) or to add them to a specific category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filter client information according to the parameters you need and then click on the Show<\/strong> button. To remove the filters, click on the bin<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Filter types<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can use filters to sort your clients in three categories: by appointments, clients, and sales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remove filters that you set for a single category, click the Trash bin<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bookings parameters:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Booking availability<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have not made any bookings for the current month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Booking status<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who missed their appointments without notifying you. Simply set the filter to “No Show”.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Number of bookings<\/strong>: This filter will help you view clients who have made a specific number of bookings, which can be filtered by a range of numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Period<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made or not made a booking during a specific time period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Team member<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made bookings with a specific team member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Services<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made bookings for specific services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Cost of provided services<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who spend more than the average amount during their visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Clients parameters:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Gender:<\/strong> filter clients by gender, e.g., to send a targeted SMS campaign to male clients announcing a new barber at your salon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Aunio<\/strong>: select clients who have downloaded Aunio app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Mobile app:<\/strong> find clients who haven’t installed your mobile app and send them a promotional message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n
                      • Client category:<\/strong> filter clients in a specific category, e.g., Permanent, who have not visited your business recently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Total sales:<\/strong> find clients who have spent over a certain amount with you, such as 5,000 euros, and add them to the VIP category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                            \n
                          • Received SMS mailing:<\/strong> filter clients who booked an appointment after receiving a promotional SMS campaign to measure its effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                              \n
                            • Client priority level:<\/strong> target clients with a certain importance level for a promotional notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                \n
                              • Birthday:<\/strong> find clients with upcoming birthdays and send them personalized messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n
                                • Age:<\/strong> filter clients by age, based on the date of birth information in their client card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                  Sales parameters:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                  • Products<\/strong> filters will help you <\/span>find clients who bought specific products or bought products on specific days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  • Gift cards <\/strong>

                                    \u2013 Name<\/strong> will help you find clients who bought a specific gift card. <\/span>
                                    \u2013 Usage<\/strong> will help you find clients who already used or are yet to use their gift card.<\/span>
                                    \u2013 Balance<\/strong> will help you find clients with a specific sum on their gift card balance (useful for multiple write-off gift cards). <\/span>
                                    \u2013 Duration<\/strong> will help you find clients with gift cards that expire soon to send them SMS notification with a reminder.<\/span>
                                    \u2013 Date of sale<\/strong> will help you find clients who bought gift cards during a certain period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                    • Memberships<\/strong> <\/span>
                                      \u2013 Name<\/strong> will help you find clients who bought a specific membership.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Usage<\/strong> will help you find clients who already used or are yet to use their membership.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Status<\/strong> will help you find clients with a certain membership status, e.g. expired membership.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Freeze<\/strong> status<\/strong> will help you find clients with frozen memberships.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Duration<\/strong> will help you find clients with memberships about to expire.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Date of sale<\/strong> will help you find clients who bought their membership during a certain period.<\/span>
                                      \u2013 Remaining services<\/strong> will help you find clients who have a certain number of visits left on their membership.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                      Client Types<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                      These filters<\/strong> are combinations of types you can use to find clients fitting certain parameters quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        \n
                                      • New<\/strong> – new clients who visited you during the last month.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                      • Returning<\/strong> – clients who made a repeat visit with you during the last month.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                      • Lost<\/strong> \u2013 clients who haven’t visited you in the last 60 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                      • Expiring membership<\/strong> – this segment will help you quickly find clients with an expiring membership (either low number of visits left or expiration date approaching) and suggest they purchase a new membership or just inform them about expiration of their membership.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                        To apply a segment click the name of the segment needed and then click Show<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Working with more than one filter simultaneously<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                        You can use additional options to set the filters.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        After you select at least one filter<\/strong> a plus<\/strong> button will appear. You can use either \u2018And\u2019 or \u2018Or\u2019 connective<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        \u2018And<\/em>\u2019 connective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        When using \u2018And\u2019 connective the system will find only clients who fit each<\/strong> filter parameter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        \u2018Or<\/em>\u2019 connective<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        When using \u2018Or\u2019 connective the system will find clients fitting at least one<\/strong> filter parameter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Examples of using filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                        Get a list of clients with birthdays next week.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                        Set the Clients – Birthday – next week filter<\/strong>, then click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Click the Show<\/strong> button to view the results.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Find lost clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                        1. Set the Bookings – Booking availability<\/strong> – There are bookings scheduled filter<\/strong>. In the same column select the period before the lost period with the same duration as the latter.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Today is October 1.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Your lost period is 30 days.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        In this case you need to find clients who visited you from August 2 to August 31.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        2. Click the plus button and select \u2018And\u2019 connective<\/strong>. Add a second Bookings – Booking availability – No bookings filter.<\/strong> In the same column set the lost period.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Example:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Today is October 1.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Your lost period is 30 days.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        You need to find clients who didn\u2019t visit you from September 1 to September 30.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        3. Click Show<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        When searching for lost clients you can also use Booking status filter:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Arrived<\/strong> status in case you need to find clients who made their booking and came in, No Show<\/strong> in case you need to find clients who made their booking but didn\u2019t come in.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Find all clients with bookings for a single professional only.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                                        1. Set the Bookings – Booking availability – There are bookings scheduled filter,<\/strong> click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        2. Set the Bookings – Team member – Name of the Team member<\/strong>, click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        3. Click the plus<\/strong> button and select \u2018And\u2019 connective<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        4. Set Bookings – Booking availability – No bookings<\/strong> as the second filter and click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        5. In the second filter set Bookings – Team member – All team members<\/strong> except the one you checked earlier, click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                        Find clients who received SMS mail out in January or March.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                                        1. Set the Clients – Received SMS mailing – From January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025<\/strong>, click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                        2. Click the plus<\/strong> button and select \u2018Or\u2019 connective.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                        3. Set the second filter to Clients – Received SMS mailing – From March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025<\/strong>, click Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
