This will allow you to create lists of clients for SMS mailouts (works only if you have an <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4869631061533\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>SMS provider<\/strong><\/a><\/span>&nbsp;connected) or to add them to a specific category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filter client information according to the parameters you need and then click on the <strong>Show<\/strong> button. Simply set the filter to &#8220;No Show&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Number of bookings<\/strong>: This filter will help you view clients who have made a specific number of bookings, which can be filtered by a range of numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Period<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made or not made a booking during a specific time period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Team member<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made bookings with a specific team member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Services<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who have made bookings for specific services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cost of provided services<\/strong>: This filter will help you find clients who spend more than the average amount during their visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01G8NEVKQFH0AYSGGVHT6QGJ5W\">Clients parameters:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gender:<\/strong> filter clients by gender, e.g., to send a targeted SMS campaign to male clients announcing a new barber at your salon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Aunio<\/strong>: select clients who have downloaded Aunio app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobile app:<\/strong> find clients who haven&#8217;t installed your mobile app and send them a promotional message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client category:<\/strong> filter clients in a specific category, e.g., Permanent, who have not visited your business recently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total sales:<\/strong> find clients who have spent over a certain amount with you, such as 5,000 euros, and add them to the VIP category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Received SMS mailing:<\/strong> filter clients who booked an appointment after receiving a promotional SMS campaign to measure its effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client priority level:<\/strong> target clients with a certain importance level for a promotional notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Birthday:<\/strong> find clients with upcoming birthdays and send them personalized messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Age:<\/strong> filter clients by age, based on the date of birth information in their client card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales parameters:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Products<\/strong> filters will help you <\/span>find clients who bought specific products or bought products on specific days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gift cards&nbsp;<\/strong><br><br>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Name<\/strong> will help you find clients who bought a specific gift card.&nbsp;<\/span><br>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Usage<\/strong> will help you find clients who already used or are yet to use their gift card.<\/span><br>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Balance<\/strong> will help you find clients with a specific sum on their gift card balance (useful for multiple write-off gift cards).&nbsp;<\/span><br>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Duration<\/strong> will help you find clients with gift cards that expire soon to send them SMS notification with a style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>These filters<\/strong> are combinations of types you can use to find clients fitting certain parameters quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>New<\/strong> &#8211; new clients who visited you during the last month.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Returning<\/strong> &#8211; clients who made a repeat visit with you during the last month.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lost<\/strong> \u2013 clients who haven&#8217;t visited you in the last 60 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Expiring membership<\/strong> &#8211; this segment will help you quickly find clients with an expiring membership (either low number of visits left or expiration date approaching) and suggest they purchase a new membership or just inform them about expiration of their style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can use additional options to set the filters.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After you select at least <strong>one filter<\/strong> a <strong>plus<\/strong> button will appear. Set the <strong>Bookings &#8211; Booking availability<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; There are bookings scheduled filter<\/strong>. In the same column select the period before the lost period with the same duration as the latter.<\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today is October 1.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your lost period is 30 days.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case you need to find clients who visited you from August 2 to August 31.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Click the plus button and select <strong>\u2018And\u2019 connective<\/strong>. Add a second <strong>Bookings &#8211; Booking availability &#8211; No bookings filter.<\/strong> In the same column set the lost period.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today is October 1.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your lost period is 30 days.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You need to find clients who didn\u2019t visit you from September 1 to September 30.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Click <strong>Show<\/strong> button.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When searching for lost clients you can also use Booking status filter:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Arrived<\/strong> status in case you need to find clients who made their booking and came in, <strong>No Show<\/strong> in case you need to find clients who made their booking but didn\u2019t come in.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_01G8NFVSF2461AK95076WHR4D0\"><strong>Find all clients with bookings for a single professional only.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Set the <strong>Bookings &#8211; Booking availability &#8211; There are bookings scheduled filter,<\/strong> click <strong>Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Set the <strong>Bookings &#8211; Team member &#8211; Name of the Team member<\/strong>, click <strong>Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Click the <strong>plus<\/strong> button and select <strong>\u2018And\u2019 connective<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. <strong>Set Bookings &#8211; Booking availability &#8211; No bookings<\/strong> as the second filter and click <strong>Select<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.
