This notification setup is suitable for businesses where appointment confirmation<\/strong> is required. For example, a receptionist calls the client to confirm the visit details. After that, the client will receive a message that the appointment has been confirmed, along with the visit details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To confirm an appointment, you need to click Confirm appointment<\/strong> in Analytical<\/strong> Reports<\/strong> > Visits<\/strong> or in the appointment window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is used when the business cannot guarantee service delivery in real time and online bookings require confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
