Users can quickly create a new widget or edit an existing one directly from the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With online booking, your clients can choose an professional and a convenient time, and book a service on their own \u2014 on your website, via social media,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/en\/support\/knowledge-base\/4904093304605-altegio-online-booking-on-google-maps\/\">Google Maps<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/en\/support\/knowledge-base\/4904060749085-online-booking-with-altegio-on-2gis-maps\/\"><strong>2GIS<\/strong><\/a>, and other platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can create as many forms as you want: one for the whole company, for a specific service direction, or for a specific professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To set up online booking, go to the main menu, open <strong>Online booking<\/strong>, and tap <strong>Go to setup<\/strong>. If you have already set up online booking in the app, you will immediately see the available settings options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <strong>Online booking<\/strong> section you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create and set up a new online booking form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit or delete an existing form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure additional online booking parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit company information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure booking steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up the online booking button on your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting up an online booking form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new online booking form, go to <strong>Online booking<\/strong> and tap <strong>Go to setup<\/strong>. Only Altegio internal users will see this name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable <strong>Make primary<\/strong> if you want to use this form on online platforms and in the network online booking form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Below, you can configure the parameters (<strong>Main settings<\/strong>) that apply to all forms created in the branch:<ul><li><strong>Time before the nearest session.<\/strong> Specify how much time before the visit start a client will no longer be able to book.<\/li><li><strong>Extra spots in an event.<\/strong> This option is relevant for group events. It allows a client to reserve multiple spots when booking a group event. This lets clients book for themselves and friends\/family without creating separate bookings for each person.<\/li><li><strong>Verify the client\u2019s number by SMS.<\/strong> Enable this option if you want the client to complete the booking only after confirming their phone number. aggregator.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>After you fill in the settings, tap <strong>Create online booking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the form is created, you can copy its link, delete the created form (only additional forms can be deleted), edit <strong>Main settings<\/strong> (see step 4 above), <strong>Company information<\/strong>, configure <strong>Booking steps<\/strong>, and the <strong>Website booking button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, tap the form name and select the required section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Upload a logo (recommended resolution <strong>500 \u00d7 500 px<\/strong>, file size up to <strong>12 MB<\/strong>), add contact details (address, phone number), a If there is no form yet, by default the sequence will be <strong>Choose professional > Choose service > Choose date and time<\/strong>. You can change the step sequence in the settings. If needed, you can also hide steps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If <strong>Any professional selection<\/strong> is enabled, the client doesn\u2019t have to choose a professional \u2014 the system will randomly select any available professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If <strong>Default professional<\/strong> is enabled, a professional will be pre-selected. When you tick this checkbox, select the professional from the list \u2014 all online bookings will be assigned to this professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If <strong>Default service<\/strong> is enabled, a service will be pre-selected.
