What is it and what is it for?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Altegio<\/strong> allows you to automatically give clients discounts by automatic application of promotions. You can configure discounts for online bookings as well as visits in the appointment calendar. You can give discounts for appointments created using client mobile app<\/strong><\/a> only.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By selecting discount for appointments made using mobile app you\u2019re increasing loyalty of your clients. They will be seeing your company\u2019s logo on their phone screen and will be able to make their appointment with you in a couple of taps. Using the app you\u2019ll be able to communicate with clients using push notifications and remind them about yourself: ask them to make an appointment with you even if they weren\u2019t planning on it.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will also be attracting paid traffic to the website where your Altegio online booking widget is installed. To increase the conversion of the widget give website clients a discount for online booking.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuring automatic application<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

There are two types of spaces in Altegio<\/strong>: locations and chains. Locations \u2014 with yellow highlight on the left, chains \u2014 with purple highlight on the left. Locations and chains have different sections. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open the chain you need to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the name of the location<\/strong> in the top left corner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the chain interface go to the Loyalty > Auto-Apply Promotions<\/strong> section. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Discount for online booking<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select a promotion<\/strong> that will be used to give a discount. To do that, create a fixed discount promotion beforehand (detailed manual on how to create promotions is given in this article<\/a><\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Indicate when to apply the discount: to each booking or first booking only.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Indicate to which online booking this discount should apply: any online booking or booking from the mobile app only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Discount for booking through the Calendar<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select a promotion for a discount. To do that, create a fixed discount promotion beforehand (detailed manual on how to create promotions is given in this article<\/strong><\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Indicate when to apply the discount: to each booking or first booking only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
