How to write off products via an inventory operation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To process a product write-off:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Switch to Administration<\/strong> mode and go to Products > Inventory Management<\/strong>. Click Product operations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the dropdown list, select the operation type Product write-off<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the window that opens set the date and time<\/strong> the inventory operation is created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select the inventory (the inventory must have the For writing off products<\/strong> type).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Add the products.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Three ways to add products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1) Add each product one by one<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Click Add product<\/strong> and enter the product name or SKU (see the product catalog setup article for details<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Add products from a list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Click Add from list<\/strong>. Select a category, click its name, then click Add<\/strong>. Check the products you want to write off and click Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) Add multiple products from Excel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
