The Appointment Calendar<\/strong> is a digital calendar used to manage schedules and visits. All other modules are connected to client visit information, from the loyalty<\/strong> program<\/strong> to financial and inventory accounting.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the company team members have been assigned a schedule<\/a>,<\/strong> their information will appear in the Appointment Calendar. You will also be able to book clients for services with these team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating an appointment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. To create a new appointment, click the required date <\/strong>in the calendar on the left \u2014 the schedule for the selected day will open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the team member<\/strong> and the time<\/strong> you want to book the client for. Click the New booking <\/strong>button that appears when you hover over free time in the calendar. Specify the session type: Booking<\/strong> (individual). (To create an event (group appointment) , read here<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The choice between an appointment and an event appears only for the Mixed appointment type. You can enable the ability to book both individual visits and group ones in Settings > Digital schedule \u2014 Digital Schedule Settings.     1. When you create a new appointment<\/strong>, a visit window<\/strong> is generated automatically. A visit<\/strong> is appointments of one client combined by the interval between visits of one client<\/strong> setting (configured in Settings > Digital schedule > Digital Schedule Settings<\/strong>).     2. Select a service and enter the client\u2019s name and phone number<\/strong> \u2014 this is enough to create an appointment. The system will automatically fill in the team member, date, and time; you can change them if needed. Then click Save appointment<\/strong>. If necessary, you can create an appointment without client or service details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
