An automatic notification with visit details<\/strong> that is sent to the client immediately after an administrator or staff member creates an appointment via the Appointment Calendar<\/strong>. It is used to provide the client with a booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main condition: for the notification to be generated, the client\u2019s phone number <\/strong>must be added in the visit at the moment the appointment is created<\/strong>. If you don\u2019t specify the client\u2019s phone number (for example, you add only an email) or you add the phone number after the appointment is created, the notification will not be generated and will not be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration<\/strong> mode, go to Notifications<\/strong> section, and open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.
