What is it and what is it for?<\/h1>\n

The Analytics > Staff<\/strong> section displays how much employees earn for a certain period of time and by what indicators.<\/span><\/p>\n

NB!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Statistics is generated only for bookings with the Arrived<\/strong> status.<\/span><\/p>\n

The report contains the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Employee<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Earnings<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sum of services provided<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Number of services provided<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sum of sold products<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Number of sold products\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Hours worked<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cost per hour of work\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Percentage of the total revenue<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How to use the report?<\/h1>\n

    To generate a report, go to the Analytics > Staff<\/strong> section in the chain interface. Filter the list by the required items and click the <\/span>Show <\/strong>button.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Filters that can be used in the report:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Period<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Location<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In the % of the total revenue<\/strong> column, you can open a data chart that displays daily revenue of the employee. To do this, click the \"mceclip1.png\"<\/span> button on the right.<\/span><\/p>\n

      If necessary, the report can be downloaded as Excel<\/strong>. The data is downloaded <\/span>only by the means of email. The user receives an email with a link to the downloaded file. Afterwards in Altegio<\/strong>, in the Overview<\/strong> > Data log<\/strong> section a log of downloads will appear with information about who, when and what data requested.
