Referral program<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are two types of spaces in Altegio<\/strong>: locations and chains. Locations<\/strong> \u2014 with yellow highlight on the left, chains<\/strong> \u2014 with purple highlight on the left. Locations and chains have different sections. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open the chain you need to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the name of the location in the top left corner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a program<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    To create a referral program in the chain interface go to Loyalty > Referral Program section<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select a promotion with a Fixed % discount reward<\/strong>\u00a0that will apply to the first visit of the invited person (manual on how to create said promotion can be found in this article<\/a><\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Select a promotion with a Fixed % cashback reward<\/strong> that will be used to accrue bonus points to the referrer (inviting client) (manual on how to create said promotion can be found in this article<\/a><\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Indicate when the bonus should be accrued: for the first visit only or for every visit.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Select a loyalty card type<\/strong> to which the bonuses will be accrued. You can indicate an existing card or create a separate card specifically for the referral program (manual on how to create a card type can be found in this article<\/strong><\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The promotion used to \u043d\u0430\u0447\u0438\u0441\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 referral program bonuses must not be linked to a loyalty card in the Card Types<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For the referral program to work correctly, the promotion-to-card link must be configured directly on the referral program settings page, in the Referral Program<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the promotion is linked to a card in the Card Types<\/strong> section, it will be triggered automatically for all customer visits, rather than only within the referral program.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The invited client must be visiting the company for the first time. You can apply the referral program discount in the payment section of the visit window.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      Applying the discount<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

      You can apply the referral program discount in the visit. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. In the Visit Window click the Pay <\/strong>button.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Next, go to the Detailed payment<\/strong> tab. In the Loyalty<\/strong> field select Referral program, enter inviting client\u2019s phone number and click the Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Discount for the new client will be shown in the payments table and the inviting client will receive bonuses automatically.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            You can view information on all accruals made according to the referral program: what bonuses, when and in what amount were accrued to the clients. To view said report go to the Loyalty > Transactions<\/strong> section in the chain interface and set the filter to the accrual type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
