The Appointment Calendar<\/strong> is a digital calendar that allows you to manage schedules and appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The calendar supports simultaneous collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on it concurrently. Administrators have the privilege to maintain and manage the calendar, while employees can conveniently access their schedules and view bookings. This centralized system stores all the existing bookings and events, which are created by the administrator using the Appointment Calendar<\/strong> feature, as well as by customers through the convenient Online Booking<\/strong> widget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting started<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Prior to starting work with the calendar, it is crucial to ensure that the setup process has been completed. This involves adding necessary services<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, team<\/a>,<\/span><\/strong> and resources<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to the system and establishing a comprehensive work schedule<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To go to the Appointment Calendar<\/strong>, go to Digital Schedule mode.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Working in the Appointment Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The Appointment Calendar<\/strong> is equipped with several buttons located in the top panel, which allow you to control various functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Click on the button with three bars<\/strong> to hide or expand the left side menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Use the arrow buttons<\/strong> to scroll through the days in the calendar. To return to the current date, you can simply press the Today<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      View financial statistics<\/strong> for the day by clicking on the button with the sum on the right. This section provides information on the amount of money earned in cash or received as cashless payment, the sums of the bookings created, the part of the sum paid using loyalty points, and the number of discounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To grant an employee access to view daily cash register analytics<\/strong> in the Appointment Calendar<\/strong>, the following access rights must be provided:

      Show statistics<\/strong> permission in the Appointment Calendar<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Access to the root Inventory<\/strong> permission (no need to assign sub-permissions within this section).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

      You can also use the Sell<\/strong> button in the same window to indicate the sale of products to clients, even if they don’t have any bookings in the Appointment Calendar for that day.
