There are two types of spaces in Altegio<\/strong>: locations and chains. Locations \u2014 with yellow highlight on the left, chains \u2014 with purple highlight on the left. Locations and chains have different sections. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open the chain you need to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the name of the location in the top left corner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If the Chain<\/strong> section is empty, it means you are not added as a user in the chain and need to be added. Only a user with full permissions can add a user to a chain. To add a user, go to Settings > Users<\/strong> (in the chain interface) and click Add user<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a program<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    To create a bonus loyalty program go to the Loyalty<\/strong> section in the chain interface and add a script and a rule according to which this program will apply. The script will be indicated in the card type settings and the rule – in the promotion settings.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Create a card type<\/strong> (find detailed manual in this article<\/strong><\/a>) and a promotion<\/strong> (find detailed manual in this article<\/strong><\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Attach a special offer to this card type. There are two options to do that: in the card type settings and in the promotion settings.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the promotion settings you can select one of the following types:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
