To record products arriving to an inventory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Products<\/strong> > Inventory Management<\/strong> (Administration mode).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Product operations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the dropdown list, select Product arrival.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the window that opens, specify the date and time<\/strong> of the inventory operation. Enter and select the Supplier<\/strong> (the supplier must be created in advance; detailed instructions are here<\/a>)<\/strong> and the Inventory<\/strong> the products will be received into.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Then add the products.<\/strong>

      Three ways to add products to the receipt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1) Add each product one by one<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Click Add product<\/strong> and enter the product name or SKU (see the product catalog setup article for details).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Add products from a list<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Click Add from list<\/strong>. Select a category, click its name, then click Add<\/strong>. Check the products you want to receive and click Add<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) Add multiple products from Excel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Upload via Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Copy the data from your Excel table<\/strong> into the input field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Start upload,<\/strong> then in the window that opens match the data to the table headers.
