See what the chain analytics is for in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4905599395101-What-tasks-are-solved-by-chain-analytics-and-the-client-database-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the chain interface, the <strong>Analytics &gt; Consolidated report<\/strong> section displays summary analytics data on the following metrics:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Earnings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Average spend.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Average occupancy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Clients (new, repeated, lost).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Bookings and visits (visit status, booking source).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>NB!<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Analytics is generated only for visits with the <strong>Arrived <\/strong>status for the selected period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. The value <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/3_mceclip0.png\" alt=\"mceclip0.png\" width=\"63\" height=\"39\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">next to each metric shows the dynamics in comparison with the previous period of the same duration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">3. Visits with the <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">Arrived<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\"> status, even with the entered services or goods, but without a phone number are not considered as customers and are not taken into account in the metrics of new, repeat and lost customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>How to use the report?<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To generate a report, go to the <strong>Analytics &gt; Consolidated report<\/strong> section. The metrics are generated for a given period, specify the dates and click <strong>Show<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Screenshot_477-1000x518.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_477.png\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1>How are the metrics formed?<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hints in the block of each metric give detailed information about how this metric is formed. Click the <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/1_mceclip2.png\" alt=\"mceclip2.png\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button to open a pop-up window with a hint.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Earnings<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.<strong> Earned<\/strong>. The sum of the cost of services, cost of products sold in visits with the <strong>Arrived<\/strong> status and Sales of products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.<strong> Earnings from services<\/strong>. The sum of the cost of services in visits with the <strong>Arrived<\/strong> status.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.<strong> Earnings from products<\/strong>. The sum of the cost of products sold in visits with the <strong>Arrived<\/strong> status and Sales of products.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>NB!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All revenue metrics are formed by the cost of services in visits with the <strong>Arrived<\/strong> status whether the client phone number is indicated or not. The metrics of the product sale are formed in a similar way.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The phone number is necessary for the correct calculation of the average check of one client per visit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Average spend<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To calculate the average spend, an incomplete value of the <strong>Earned<\/strong> metric is taken into account. The calculation is performed only by visits and sales of goods with the phone number indicated. The amount of income that is used to calculate the average spend is not displayed separately.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. <strong>Average spend<\/strong>. Revenue for services and sales of goods for the period is divided by the sum of visits for the period (whether it has a client or not) + sales of products for the period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.<strong> Average check for services<\/strong>. Revenue for services for the period is divided by the sum of visits with clients for the period + entries without clients for the period.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Average occupancy<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total duration of bookings with the <strong>Arrived<\/strong> status is divided by the total duration of the working day for the employee.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>NB!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The average occupancy might not be formed in a proper way, if there is a configured schedule for the employees who do not provide services (for example, administrators). They don&#8217;t have any bookings, but they will get into the statistics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can remove such employees from statistics if you uncheck the <\/span><strong>Track<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> box in the <strong>Staff &gt; Settings &gt; Statistic<\/strong> section.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/63-1000x478.gif\" alt=\"________63.gif\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Customers<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. <strong>New clients<\/strong>. The number of clients who made their first visit during the selected period<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. <strong>Repeated visits<\/strong>. The number of clients who made two and more visits during the selected period<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. <strong>Lost clients<\/strong>. It shows how many customers made the last visit for a period equal in duration to the selected one and which ends in the number of days specified in the <strong>Analytics &gt; Settings &gt; Retention<\/strong> section (see the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4904240568989\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article<\/a><\/strong>) before the start of the selected period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alteg.io\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Screenshot_478-1000x194.png\" alt=\"Screenshot_478.png\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Bookings and Visits<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.<strong> Total number of bookings<\/strong>. Total number of bookings, including canceled (deleted) ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. <strong>Canceled<\/strong>. The sum of the number of canceled bookings and the number of visits with the No-Show status.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.<strong> Finished<\/strong>. The number of bookings with the Arrived status.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.<strong> Unfinished<\/strong>. The number of bookings with the statuses \u201cPending\u201d and \u201cConfirmed\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.<strong> Structure of bookings by sources<\/strong>. Diagrams displaying the structure of bookings by sources:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Administrator<\/strong>. Bookings that were created by administrators (or other employees) in the Appointment calendar in the web version of <\/span><strong>Altegio<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, i.e, on Altegio.com.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Altegio adminapp<\/strong>. Bookings via third-party platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>NB!<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There can be infinitely many widgets (forms) for online bookings. All of them are created in the <strong>Online booking &gt; Online booking widget<\/strong>\u00a0section.
