This database makes it easy to search for and access a client&#8217;s full history of visits with just a few clicks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using various <strong>filters<\/strong>, you can easily generate a list of clients that meet specific criteria. For more information on how to use filters, check out <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4861296116253-Client-Database-filters-\"><strong>this article<\/strong><\/a> on working with them.<br><br>With Altegio, you can easily award <strong>discounts<\/strong> to clients and add them to specific <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4861319864861\"><strong>categories<\/strong><\/a> automatically. You have complete control over creating and setting the categories and rules for each one.If you have multiple locations, Altegio allows you to work with a single client list across the chain. To learn more about how to use this feature, check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4905437905565\"><strong>article<\/strong><\/a> on working with a shared client list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Working with &#8216;All Clients&#8217;<\/strong> <strong>section<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Information about your clients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To find a list of all your clients go to the <strong>Clients &gt; All Clients<\/strong> section. In this list, the information in the Name column is clickable and opens a wYou can customize the client list for your tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>gear icon<\/strong> in the table header opens a menu with the list of available columns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If some information is not needed right now, you can hide unnecessary columns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>lock icon<\/strong> allows you to fix (pin) the order of columns (no more than five columns).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can sort the table with a simple click on a column header. In the <strong>All Clients<\/strong> section you can manually add clients. To do that click the <strong>Add a client<\/strong> button (read about creating a client\u2019s card in detail <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4860912831389-Creating-a-new-client-\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>). You can view messages you sent in the Reports \u2014 Messages section (read about this section in <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4904473339677\"><strong>this article<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change the settings for messaging channels in the <strong>Notifications &gt; Types of notifications<\/strong> section in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.alteg.io\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/4870201660189\"><strong>Mass mailing<\/strong><\/a> type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure a list of messaging channels for a specific client in their card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send<\/strong> <strong>Push notification<\/strong>. To send a push message enter the text and click <strong>Send<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Push messages to the mobile app will be sent to clients who have the <strong>mobile app<\/strong> installed. You\u2019ll see the exact number of such clients in the pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Add to category<\/strong>. You can add clients to existing categories as well as create a new category right in this section. To do that enter the name and select color for the category. Category you create will appear in the <strong>Clients &gt; Client Categories<\/strong> section afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Remove from list<\/strong>. You can delete clients from your database. To confirm removal type <strong>DELETE<\/strong> in the field and click <strong>Delete<\/strong>.You can download information about clients as an <strong>Excel<\/strong> spreadsheet.
