The table must include: <strong>date, cash desk ID, payment item ID, and payment amount<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>You can download the Excel template for uploading financial transactions via the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1c-O2F2M5HZCqa5ZQ_4r1l5TwsdtZoJ9veER3WFS6XN0\/edit?usp=sharing\">link<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the moment, financial transactions can only be uploaded using the <strong>payment item ID<\/strong> and the <strong>cash desk ID<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IDs of default payment items:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purchase of materials \u2014 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase of goods \u2014 2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff payroll \u2014 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes and fees \u2014 4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service delivery \u2014 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscription sales \u2014 6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product sales \u2014 7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other income \u2014 8<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other expenses \u2014 9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account top-up \u2014 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acquiring fee \u2014 11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate sales \u2014 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can find the IDs of payment items you created manually by clicking the <strong>pencil icon <\/strong>to the right of the payment item. The name or tax ID must exactly match what is specified in the counterparty profile. You can use only one identifier for upload \u2014 you cannot put a name in one row and an ID in another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client phone number must be in the format <code>35712345678<\/code>, without extra symbols.<br>The comment must not contain line breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paste the data from the Excel table into the free field and click <strong>Upload<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>You can upload no more than <strong>500 rows<\/strong> at a time.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Match the headers to the columns as shown in the screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can upload a list of financial transactions using Excel.
