What is it and what is it for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Profit and Loss (P&L)<\/strong> report provides a comprehensive overview of income and expenses for each month throughout the year<\/strong>. It allows you to track the progression of profits and losses over time. The report consolidates the same data as the Financial Report<\/strong> (period report)<\/strong>, but offers additional features and filters for in-depth analysis. How to read the report?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

To start working with the report go to the <\/span>Analytical Reports > All reports > <\/strong>Finance > Profit & Loss Report <\/strong>section.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data in the report is organized by months and presented as clickable links<\/strong>. By clicking on a link, Altegio<\/strong> will display a list of all operations related to the selected item and period, allowing for easy access to detailed information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you click the data for expenses a new window will open with details on operations for the period for that item (view the screenshot below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expenses on payroll can be detailed by positions or team members. The sums shown are the sums before taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
