With this report, you can analyze how promotions are performing for a specific branch and, if needed, adjust the settings. The report helps you understand how many new clients a promotion attracts and how many of them become repeat customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also analyze whether it\u2019s possible to re-engage existing clients who haven\u2019t visited the branch for a long time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with the report<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To use the report, you must have access rights to the Analytics<\/strong> section. Read more about this in the article.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Administration<\/strong> mode, Analytical Reports <\/strong>> All reports > Marketing> Promotions<\/strong> in the main menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Select the promotion type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Set the promotion period<\/strong> you want to analyze.
      In the Clients <\/strong>section, you will see new and repeat clients who came via the promotion during the selected period.
