To set the period for considering clients lost, go to the <\/span>Settings > Analytics > Client Churn<\/strong> <\/strong>section.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client loss period<\/strong> is used to calculate the following metrics:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Lost clients<\/strong> metric in the Analytics \u2013 Basic metrics<\/strong> section.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Customer retention rate<\/strong> in the Analytics \u2013 Reports \u2013 Customer Retention<\/strong> section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The Lost clients<\/strong> metric displays the number of clients who have not made visits for a certain number of days. That number of days is configured in the Settings – Retention<\/strong> section. A more accurate calculation formula is available in the Basic metrics<\/a> <\/strong>article.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Client retention rate<\/strong> is the percentage of those customers who made visits during the previous period and returned during the current one. That previous period is equal to the Loss period<\/strong> setting in this section. A more accurate calculation formula is available in the Customer retention<\/a><\/strong> article.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A similar setting is available in the chain analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/span>These settings allow you to specify when the system starts considering clients lost to the chain, i.e. if they do not visit any of the locations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
