\nImportant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nFor a location to be set as the main one, it must be first in the list. If the location is not at the top, you can move it by holding the button with three lines. Also, the Main location<\/strong> label must be enabled next to its name.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\nDeleting a chain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n You can delete a chain if it is no longer needed. Deleted chains are not removed permanently right away and can be restored<\/strong> if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThere are two ways to delete a chain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nFrom the left sidebar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\nIn the left sidebar navigation menu, click the trash bin<\/strong> icon next to the chain you want to delete. When hovering over the trash bin icon, the following message is displayed: \u201cThe general chain settings will open, where you can delete this chain.\u201d\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\nFrom chain settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\nOpen the required chain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Go to Settings<\/strong> > General settings<\/strong> > Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\nAfter deletion, the chain will no longer be available in the regular chain list.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Restoring a deleted chain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n A deleted chain can be restored from Chain > Settings > General settings<\/strong> using the Restore<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe restore option is available to the chain owner<\/strong> or receptionist<\/strong> via a direct link to the deleted chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\nAfter restoration, the chain becomes available again.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Chain management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n You can group locations in any way that\u2019s convenient and create as many chains as you need to view analytical reports from different angles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All chains are displayed in Administration<\/strong> mode Settings > System settings<\/strong> ><\/strong> Chains<\/strong>. Here you can delete a chain and assign the main chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Access rights to view client data across the chain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Access rights are configured to make it easier for employees to work and to ensure the security of the company and information, such as the client database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can configure access rights to view client data across the chain for each Altegio user. To do this, go to Administration <\/strong>mode, Team<\/strong>> Team members list,<\/strong> select a team member, and open the Access<\/strong> tab.
