What is it, and why is it needed?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A <\/span>user<\/b> is a company’s team member who has access and specific permissions within Altegio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any company team member (owner, manager, receptionist, professional, accountant, etc.) can be an Altegio user. Different access levels need to be configured depending on the team member\u2019s role.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unique identifiers for a user are their <\/span>Email<\/b> and <\/span>phone number<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configuration<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To add and configure a new or existing user, navigate to the <\/span>“Settings” > “Users”<\/b> section in the chain interface.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important<\/strong>

It is necessary to distinguish between <\/span>new<\/b> and <\/span>existing<\/b> users.<\/span>

New user \u2013 A user who has not been added to Altegio before and has never booked online.

Existing user \u2013 A user who has already been added to Altegio.

Users cannot be invited to the chain if there is no location with a paid subscription within the chain.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Adding a New User<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to <\/span>Settings > Users<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click <\/span>Add one of the users<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. In the newly opened window, fill in all required fields.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click <\/span>“Save”<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Inviting an Existing User<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to <\/span>Settings > Users<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click <\/span>Invite one of users<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enter the user\u2019s phone number or email (the one they use to log into Altegio).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
