Before creating a loyalty program you need to create <\/span>Card types<\/b> and assign promotions to them. You can assign more than one<\/span> promotion<\/a><\/strong> to one loyalty card. You can assign one promotion to more than one loyalty card.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two types of spaces in <\/span>Altegio<\/b>: locations and chains. Locations <\/strong>\u2014 with yellow highlight on the left, chains<\/strong> \u2014 with purple highlight on the left. Locations and chains have different sections. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To open the chain you need to do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the name of the location<\/strong> in the top left corner.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the drop-down list select<\/strong> the desired chain.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a card type<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

    In the chain interface go to Loyalty > Card Types<\/strong> section and click the Add a card type<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. On the new opened page indicate the Name<\/strong> of the card type, i.e. Loyal customer card<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Select Source for cumulative promotion rules<\/strong>. You can choose where to take the data from (the amount paid by the client, the amount sold to the client, the number of visits), on the basis of which bonuses will be accrued in accumulative promotions with the \u201cLoyalty card\u201d rule source:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
