There are 2 types of spaces in Altegio: location<\/strong> and chains<\/strong>.
Locations<\/strong> are highlighted in yellow<\/strong> on the left, and chains<\/strong> are highlighted in purple<\/strong> on the left. Locations and chains contain different sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To switch to a chain, do the following:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the location name in the upper-left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the dropdown list, select the required chain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If your Chains<\/strong> section is empty, it means you are not added as a user in the chain and you need to be added. Only a user with full permissions can add a user to a chain. To add a user, go to Settings > Users (in the chain)<\/strong> and click Add user<\/strong>. The instructions for inviting users to a chain are in the article.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Creating a membership type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. In the chain interface, go to Loyalty > Membership types<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Click Add a membership type<\/strong> in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Enter the membership type name, for example, Massage membership<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select the services included in the membership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
