Multi-channel messaging platform MESSAGGIO.COM<\/strong> provides a service for sending SMS, Viber, and WhatsApp messages.

Easy integration with Altegio<\/strong> allows you to send both sequential and cascade message<\/strong> dispatches, starting with Viber<\/strong>, and then sending an SMS<\/strong> if Viber delivery fails.<\/p>\n

The provider operates worldwide<\/strong>, and payments in local currencies or euros are accepted in Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Ukraine.<\/p>\n

In other countries, connection and payment in euros are possible, and post-payment work is supported.<\/p>\n

Only legal entities can apply for connection.<\/p>\n

Connection<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to the provider’s website<\/a> and click on the Log In<\/strong> or Register<\/strong> an Account button.

  2. Fill out the form<\/strong> and click Create Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Confirm your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email sent to the address provided during registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Account and Sender Name Settings<\/h3>\n

    After registration and email address confirmation, go to the personal account and perform the initial settings:<\/p>\n

    1. Specify the company name, country, website, language, and time zone.<\/li>\n
    2. Before creating a name from which your customers will receive SMS messages,<\/strong> you must confirm the offer (Adhesion Agreement) by specifying your company’s TIN and other details. After accepting the offer, you can download an invoice for balance replenishment or replenish the balance with a bank card.<\/li>\n
    3. Create an individual sender name<\/strong>. To do this, go to the Senders section and click Create. Select the SMS channel from the drop-down list and specify your brand name – this is the name your customers will see when receiving SMS. Click Create.<\/li>\n
    4. Send the desired sender name for moderation and activation. To do this, click on the sender’s name and click the Submit for Moderation button. The sender name activation process takes 1-5 business days.<\/li>\n
    5. To obtain settings for integration with Altegio<\/strong>, you need to contact support. From the MESSAGGIO<\/strong> personal account in the Support section, create a ticket with the subject “Integration with Altegio”<\/strong> and a request to send an authorization key.<\/li>\n
    6. Wait for a response from the support team, which will apply the settings to your account for correct operation with Altegio<\/strong>. The response usually arrives within 30 minutes. Copy the received key and sender name code from the email.<\/li>\n
    7. Go to your Altegio<\/strong> personal account to Settings > System Settings > Notifications. Select the MESSAGGIO SMS provider,<\/strong> enter the key in the Authorization Key field<\/strong>, and enter the sender name code in the SMS Sender Name field.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
