The Altegio and virtual KOMPaaS integration allows you to interact with clients more efficiently by providing convenient call routing with call recording and support for all Altegio services. Notifications about calls received through virtual KOMPaaS are displayed in the Altegio interface, and the client card opens during the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before setting up the integration, register using the link on the Kompaas.tech website.
If the registration page shows endless loading, click the Shopfront<\/strong> button in the upper-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click the Registration<\/strong> button in the upper-right corner and complete the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to your KOMPaaS personal account<\/strong> or register on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Open the Integrations and API v2.0<\/strong> section. Click the Altegio integration folder, then click Create integration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select the required virtual PBX and paste the token you copied into the clipboard into the Chain telephony token<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Save<\/strong>. The integration setup is complete.

      After these settings are applied, additional sections will appear in the Telephony<\/strong> section of the Altegio interface: Integration<\/strong>, Routing<\/strong>, Routes<\/strong>, and Calls<\/strong>, and the integration status will change to Integration connected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to Services 2.0<\/strong> > Management<\/strong> tab > Integrations<\/a><\/strong> in the left-side menu, and click the plus (+<\/strong>) button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Select the package and click Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Confirm by clicking Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Make sure you are authorized in Altegio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Go to Administration<\/strong> mode.

              Select the chain and confirm the permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Enter your KOMPaaS account registration details and click Log in<\/strong>. If you do not have an account, click Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Your integration has been created. For it to work, do not forget to connect a paid package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Choose the users who should receive information about incoming client calls. To do this, in the chain interface go to Telephony > Routes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
