Altegio<\/strong> has introduced a new version of the visit window<\/strong>. Now, most of the appointment management can be done directly in the central part of the window<\/strong>\u2014adding services and products for sale<\/strong>, as well as editing all relevant information<\/strong> without navigating through multiple tabs. The new version no longer includes the “Visit Status”<\/strong> and “Visit Payment”<\/strong> sections.<\/p>\n

Additional appointment tasks have been moved to the left side of the window, while client-related actions are now on the right. Customization options have also been added, allowing users to pin essential fields<\/strong> for booking on the left or client-related sections on the right. Read on for more details about the updates in this new version.<\/p>\n

Besides, previously displayed as a modal in the center of the screen, it will now open on the right side as a sidebar<\/strong>. This visual change makes it easier to navigate the workspace and view visit details without interrupting your main workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n

Working with the Visit Window<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new visit window retains all the essential features of the previous versions but has undergone significant usability improvements. The window is now divided into three main sections<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Left section:<\/strong> Focused on additional appointment tasks<\/strong>. Here, you can change the team member, date, time, and duration of the appointment<\/strong>. You can also pin essential fields<\/strong>, such as comments or resources. Sections like “Repeat appointment,” “Appointment notifications,” “Consumables write-off,” and “Change history”<\/strong> remain in this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Central Section<\/strong>: Designed for core booking tasks, including managing visit statuses, services, products, and payments.<\/strong>

Right Section<\/strong>: Dedicated entirely to client management. This includes adding a client<\/strong> to an appointment, viewing client information,<\/strong> and accessing sections like “Visit history,” “Loyalty,” “Statistics,” “Messages and Calls,” “Client accounts,” and “Files.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Above all you can create an empty\/blank appointment and add client details later. To create a blank appointment, simply click on the desired space in the Appointment Calendar, choose between booking<\/strong> or group event.<\/strong> The visit window will open where you can simply click the button “Save blank appointment”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To hide the visit window, simply click on the floating arrow<\/strong> next to the window:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team member, Date, Time, and Duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the top-left corner of the window, there is a section showing the assigned team member<\/strong> and the appointment\u2019s date, time, resources, technical breaks and duration<\/strong>. You no longer need to scroll down to find these fields. This block is collapsible and can be edited via the Edit<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n
