Automatic notification suggesting the client book a visit if they didn\u2019t show up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification will be sent to clients who had a canceled appointment or an appointment with the status No-show<\/strong>, and who have no future appointments scheduled. The notification is sent after the time you select, once the status is changed to No-show<\/strong> and\/or the visit is canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is used to increase the frequency of client visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup and editing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration mode, go to Notifications<\/strong>, and open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the Client<\/strong> section, select the Invitation of no-show clients to a visit<\/strong> type by clicking the notification name or the pencil icon.
