An automatic notification about changes to visit details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification is sent to the client immediately after the team member, services, time, or date of the visit is changed<\/strong>. In the notification settings, you can choose the conditions under which it will be sent \u2014 if the client rescheduled the appointment themselves and\/or if the appointment was changed by a team member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This notification is used to inform clients that changes have been made to their appointment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In the Administration<\/strong> mode, go to Notifications<\/strong> section and open the Notification types<\/strong> tab.

    1. In the Client<\/strong> section, select Appointment changes<\/strong> by clicking the notification name or the pencil icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. On the General settings<\/strong> tab, choose the sending conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The notification will be sent if the visit time changes by the selected value:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
