However, if you opt for alternative payment methods<\/strong> (such as direct bank transfers), you will need to specify this choice by selecting the Other method<\/strong> option within the Online sales > Settings<\/strong> section, under the \u201cPayment<\/strong>\u201d tab. It is important to note that orders will require manual processing in this scenario.<\/p>\n

Settings<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Access the chain interface and navigate to the Online sales > Settings<\/strong> section. Within this section, proceed to the \u201cPayment<\/strong>\u201d tab.

Choose the payment method by selecting the option \u201cOther method<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the subsequent \u201cLocation<\/strong>\u201d field, designate the specific location where the funds from online sales should be directed. Note that a separate cash desk will be automatically set up in the chosen location<\/strong> for this purpose. Enter the Email address<\/strong> where notifications of new orders will be sent.<\/p>\n

Online Order Processing<\/strong><\/span> <\/p>\n

When opting for an alternative payment method, such as bank transfers or cash payments<\/strong>, you’ll need to manually process orders. Here’s how to do it:<\/p>\n

Navigate to Online sales > Sales list<\/strong> in your system. Filter the orders by the \u201cPending payment<\/strong>\u201d status and select \u201cShow<\/strong>\u201d.
<\/p>\n

Provide the client with the necessary payment details. You can find the client’s contact information in the \u201cClient<\/strong>\u201d field of the order.<\/p>\n

Proceed to either confirm or reject the order. The order status will then update to either \u201cPaid<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cCanceled<\/strong>\u201d, based on your selected action.<\/p>\n

If the order status is changed to \u201cPaid<\/strong>\u201d, a sales transaction will be recorded in the location you specified in your settings. You can review this sale under the Finance > Financial operations<\/strong> or Inventory > Inventory operations<\/strong> sections.<\/p>\n

To process a return in the system<\/strong>, select the return button adjacent to the \u201cPaid<\/strong>\u201d status. This action will remove all transactions associated with that payment.<\/p>\n

Note that the actual refund to the client must be handled manually and will depend on the method of payment used.<\/p>\n
