Currently, this feature is only available in Brazil.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Altegio has 2 types of spaces: locations and chains<\/strong>. In the location, the menu sections on the left are highlighted in yellow<\/strong>, while chains are marked in purple<\/strong> color. Locations and chains have different sections.
Loyalty<\/strong> is configured in the chain<\/strong> interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To go to the chain interface, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the location name<\/strong> in the upper left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the chain you need from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new membership type<\/strong> as a part of Loyalty<\/strong> section in the Altegio<\/strong> system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step-by-Step Instructions<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Navigate to the Loyalty<\/strong> section within the chain interface and select Membership types<\/strong> to open the membership creation interface.

    Choose a membership category that best fits your offering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Auto-renewal membership<\/strong>: A recurring service access with automatic renewal at each period’s end. This way, payments are conveniently charged to the client’s registered card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/strong>The auto-renewal<\/strong> membership type is available with AltPay payment method<\/strong> integrated and connected. The AltPay method can be connected in the Online sales>Settings<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting a Payment Method for Auto-Renewal Memberships<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To connect the AltPay payment method<\/strong> to the Altegio system navigate to the chain interface, under the Online Sales <\/strong>section select Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Navigate to the Payment<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Choose the Online payment<\/strong> option and locate the AltPay payment method below. Click the “Select and connect”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To connect AltPay<\/strong> and enable online payments you will need a Merchant ID <\/strong>that is a string of digits and letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To get your Merchant ID <\/strong>you have to leave a request in the Integrations<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go to location interface, Settings> Integrations<\/strong>. In the search field enter the AltPay<\/strong> keyword and click the Continue <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter your details in the required fields and click the Save and send<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once connected you will se a green badge indicating that the integration took place successfully.<\/strong>

    <\/strong>Enter your Merchant ID<\/strong> in the designated field to complete the setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Membership Settings<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Standard membership:<\/strong> A fixed-term membership offering a specified number of services. Clients can renew the membership manually upon its expiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the Membership title<\/strong> field, enter a name for your membership that clearly describes its benefits and purpose. For instance, Restorative massage.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Next, select the services<\/strong> included in the membership and the membership balance.
