Receptionists can track their work performance directly in the Altegio mobile app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Statistics are generated only for team members with the <strong>&#8220;Receptionist&#8221;<\/strong> role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; If team member is not assigned the receptionist role, you need to assign it in the team member settings or in the <strong>Billing > Subscription > Management<\/strong> (<strong>Administration<\/strong> mode)section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Statistics are only available for team members with the <strong>\u201cReceptionist\u201d<\/strong> role.<br>&#8211; Each receptionist can only view their own personal statistics in the mobile app.<br>&#8211; If a receptionist does not have access rights to the <strong>&#8220;Analytics&#8221;<\/strong> section, they will only be able to see the <strong>&#8220;My Analytics&#8221;<\/strong> report, with other reports unavailable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Use the Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the main menu by tapping the three-line button in the lower right corner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure The data will be displayed below in infographic blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Data Displayed in the Report<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accrued payments to the receptionist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of completed bookings created by the receptionist\u2014bookings marked as &#8220;Arrived&#8221; that were created by the receptionist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue from paid bookings created by the receptionist\u2014the total sum of all paid bookings created by the receptionist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of clients booked by the receptionist\u2014only clients booked by the receptionist are counted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational bookings\u2014bookings made for a future date on the day the service was provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients with a booking status of<strong> &#8220;Arrived&#8221;<\/strong>\u2014the number of clients marked as &#8220;Arrived&#8221; on a specific day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational bookings for the period\u2014the number of clients from the above group for whom the receptionist made a booking for a future date.
