Our product is already used by 450+ active businesses in Poland<\/strong>, from independent salons to multi-location networks. You\u2019ll be joining a market with proven traction, existing clients and warm leads \u2014 not starting from scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for a Polish-speaking Sales Manager<\/strong> to take ownership of the Polish market, grow revenue and help us expand our presence in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-cycle, market-building role<\/strong>. You\u2019ll work with inbound leads and existing contacts while actively winning larger accounts through outbound sales. You\u2019ll also be our voice in the Polish market, bringing customer insights back to Product and Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you\u2019ll do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sales & Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Own the Polish market and sales target across customer segments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage existing contacts, warm leads and inbound opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive outbound sales to larger and high-potential accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting \u2192 discovery \u2192 demo \u2192 negotiation \u2192 close<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Test and optimise sales channels, messaging and positioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Market Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Build relationships with Polish businesses and industry communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Gather customer needs, objections and market insights and share them with Product and Marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and provide regular sales insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Support the clients you sign until a dedicated Customer Success function is in place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What we\u2019re looking for<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Polish (C2) \u2014 spoken and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Working English for internal communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven B2B \/ SaaS sales experience or strong experience in service sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Self-starter mentality and ability to build and grow a market independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Legal right to work in the EU. Nationality is not a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
