We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist<\/strong> to build strong relationships with our active client base and help customers get maximum value from Altegio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a role combining customer success, retention, and commercial skills<\/strong>. You\u2019ll understand client needs, help them get the most from the platform, handle challenging situations, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you\u2019ll do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customer Success & Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Manage and develop relationships with an active client base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify client needs and help them get more value from Altegio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive subscription renewals and proactively reduce churn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handle cancellations and challenging client situations, communicating the value of continued cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Customer Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Consult clients on payments and additional Altegio products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Negotiate and close service agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      CRM & Reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Maintain accurate client documentation and reporting in the CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Track customer needs, account performance, and retention opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        What we\u2019re looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention<\/strong>, ideally in SaaS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proven experience with customer retention, renewals, and upsells<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics<\/strong> such as churn, retention, NRR, and LTV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Experience working with CRM systems<\/strong> and maintaining accurate reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to clearly communicate product value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Nice to have: <\/strong>experience in beauty, wellness, service-business software, or banking; experience building retention or renewal processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
