Today, entrepreneurs in 81 countries use our product \u2014 and we\u2019re just getting started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Altegio is looking for a reliable, proactive <strong>Office Manager<\/strong> to own day-to-day office operations and administrative coordination in Budapest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your role is to keep the office organised, support employees and follow routine matters through to completion. You will work closely with the Budapest office lead, HR, Finance, our accounting provider and IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Location: EMKE office, Budapest \u2014 on-site<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schedule: Three agreed days per week, 09:00\u201316:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compensation: EUR 500\u2013600 net per month for the agreed three-day working week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your main responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Office operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage office supplies, equipment, cleaning, maintenance and deliveries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with building management and local service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on repairs and recurring office needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employee administration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support onboarding and offboarding, including documents, equipment and access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on contracts, certificates, payroll inputs and other employee paperwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle employee information confidentially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing and invoices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arrange approved purchases and check deliveries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect and verify invoices and supporting documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit payment requests to Finance and follow up until completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track office expenses and flag unexpected costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we\u2019re looking for<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience independently handling office or administrative processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable follow-through: you are comfortable contacting suppliers, chasing missing documents and checking completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidence with Google Workspace, spreadsheets and task tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability for the agreed on-site schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Either of these language combinations: confident Hungarian and English, or \u0441onfident Hungarian and Russian, with basic English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
